FULL-SERVICE WEBSITE

PRICING STARTS AT $2,500

PROJECT TIMELINE: THREE WEEKS

Who is this for?

This package is best for those who don't have the time or the skills needed to design their own website but still want to have the flexibility of being able to make changes to their own site and not have to rely solely on a designer for future edits.

 

What's included?

  • Pre-work brand discovery questionnaire
  • One-hour brainstorming session to discuss your website needs and functionality
  • A tailor-made Squarespace website including home page design, seamlessly integrated blog design, up to four additional styled pages (examples: contact, about, portfolio, services, etc).
  • Custom design and web development for a beautiful and easy to use web experience on both the front & backend
  • Initial content import (client must provide all copy, logos and images prior to site design)
  • Completely integrated blog design
  • Template designed for initial approval
  • Two rounds of revisions, to ensure our finished product perfectly matches your vision for your business
  • Fixed-width site design for consistent viewing across all devices: desktop, mobile and tablet
  • Google friendly mobile site design component included
  • Post-launch, one hour tutorial. Additional time may be purchased by client if needed.

 

What's the Process?

PHASE 1 / COLLABORATIVE EXPLORATION

During this discovery phase, I’ll be learning a lot about you, your work, and what matters to you. In addition, we'll focus heavily on your ideal client and what their problems are so that we can create a website that sells a solution whether that be a product, service or information. 

PHASE 2 / DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN

After I have clear direction, we'll develop a template that would include headlines, call-to-actions, and show the client what to do and where to go next. I'll design your template using a style editor to match your brand.

PHASE 3 / COMPLETION

Our work together, from initial dialogue through implementation of your new website, will span two weeks. When finished, you’ll take possession of a crystal clear, professionally-designed website. This sharpened focus will allow people who encounter your business to gain an immediate understanding of you and what you do.

PHASE 4 / TRAINING

What makes this website design special is the quick, one-hour training that you'll receive at the end to show you how to edit your website and design your blog posts. This is truly the key to continually making sure your website is current, up-to-date and has valuable content that's relevant to your client.

PAYMENT DETAILS:

Website and brand development package total is divided into THREE equal payments.

  • The first payment is due upon estimate signing and required to hold your spot in the queue (non-refundable).
  • The second is due before development phase.
  • The final project payment is due at project completion/launch.

  • Project timeline is THREE weeks.
  • All pricing and project details listed are subject to change.
  • This information is a quote only and services or additional pages are not limited to the list above.
  • Any additional revisions not included in the original package are billed separately at my hourly rate of $85.
  • Additional pages are estimated at $175/per page
  • Please note that I ask all clients to stay on time with their responses, feedback and client responsibilities such as completed questionnaires, website content, images, etc. Any delays from the client may result in project push backs and additional charges

 

Important website information

Domain names, hosting services & email setup: Your domain name as well as hosting and email services must be purchased by you, the client. Lisa Dunn Design is not responsible for server downtime, software issues or any other compatibility issue that may arise after the launch of the site. Client must provide Lisa Dunn Design with log-in access to their server & hosting services.

Website maintenance: This contract does not include future Squarespace update and compatibility issues for your site. After the launch of the site, all additional work will be quoted and billed at our hourly rate.

Pre-work: Complete a brand discovery questionnaire to answer questions such as the look and feel, competitors websites, websites you love, functionality that would work for your website.

Site content: Please provide all pages titles and site content prior to site design. This will help us design the site specific to your needs from the start and will streamline and customize the design process. All content will be uploaded by you to our shared dropbox folder for use in the mockup design. You are responsible for providing all images in proper format, size and quality for your website design. Any delays to the submission of this information will cause your project to be delayed and, in some cases, may result in additional charges.

Site photography: All site photography should be completed and uploaded by the client to our shared dropbox before site design begins. I always recommend working with a professional photographer for your website imagery for a more personal and custom feel but stock photography can be purchased and used by the client as an alternative if need be.

Development process: Once you provide your approval on the design of your site and we go to the development phase, all future changes to the structure and overall look of the site will be billed separately.

WEBSITE BRANDED TEMPLATE PACKAGE

PRICING STARTS AT: $999

PROJECT TIMELINE: 1 week (five days total)

Who is this for?

This package is best for those who don't have a large budget but will still like to feel confident that their website is professional, cohesive and functions correctly. This is for the small business, coach or creative entrepreneur who DIYs their branding visuals but who are a little tech savvy or open to learning technology.

What's included?

  • Five days to design and train.
  • Pre-work brand discovery questionnaire / website outline
  • One-hour brainstorming session to discuss your website needs and functionality
  • A tailor-made Squarespace template including home page design, about page, services page and contact form. (four pages total)
  • Upload logo (client must provide all logos and images if available)
  • Template designed for initial approval
  • Two rounds of revisions, to ensure our finished product perfectly matches your vision for your business
  • Fixed-width site design for consistent viewing across all devices: desktop, mobile and tablet
  • Google friendly mobile site design component included
  • Post template design is training for the client to implement content

  • Payment is non-refundable (but transferable) once project begins.
